Process
During your first visit to Tahoma Clinic, you will undergo a comprehensive health evaluation. This takes about one hour. It includes a complete health history and physical examination. . Other Clinic appointments and lab testing are usually suggested and completed while you are here.

Dr. Jonathan V. Wright, M.D.
Dr. Jonathan Wright is the Medical Director of Tahoma Clinic in Renton, Washington, where he also practices medicine. A Harvard University (A.B. 1965) and University of Michigan graduate (M.D. 1969), Dr. Wright has taught natural biochemical medical treatments since 1983 to thousands of physicians in the USA, Europe, and Japan. In 1982, Dr. Wright personally developed the use of bio-identical estrogens, and was the first to use DHEA in private practice. He originated successful natural treatment for elimination of childhood asthma and D-mannose treatment for E. coli UTI, and discovered cobalt's effect on estrogen detoxification.
In 1973, Dr. Wright founded Tahoma Clinic, which focuses on disease prevention and treatment by natural biochemical and bioenergetic means. Tahoma Clinic is staffed with medical doctors, naturopathic physicians, nutritionists, allergists nursing and scheduling personnel committed to the vision of providing patients with the best holistic medical care. The infamous 1992 FDA Tahoma Clinic "raid" ("The Great B-Vitamin Bust") was a major impetus for Congressional reform of vitamin/mineral regulation. Dr. Wright continues to be an advocate for patient freedom of choice in healthcare.
Dr. Wright is internationally known for his books and medical articles. Dr. Wright has authored/co-authored 11 books, selling over 1.1 million copies with two texts achieving best selling status; "Book of Nutritional Therapy" and "Guide to Healing with Nutrition". Dr. Wright authors Nutrition and Healing, a monthly newsletter emphasizing nutritional medicine in medical practice that reaches 90,000+ in the USA, and another 20,000+ worldwide.

Dr. Lamson has been in private practice since 1982 when he graduated from Bastyr University. He emphasizes nutritional biochemistry and also applies chemistry to treating problems of the immune system. Dr. Kevin L. Terry, D.C.
Dr. Kevin Terry graduated in 1992 from Palmer College of Chiropractic. What is Chiropractic? The word literally means "Hand on Practitioner". The schooling for a doctor of chiropractic is very similar for that of a doctor of medicine as far as hours spent learning about the body. The goal of a chiropractor is to restore proper communication in the patient’s nervous system, allowing the body to heal naturally.
Dr. Terry attends routine doctor and Clinic meetings with Dr. Wright and the other practitioners of Tahoma Clinic, lending his expertise to serve the patients of Tahoma Clinic and the community in general.

Gastric Analysis — Is performed here at the clinic to determine whether the stomach is functioning normally, if stomach function is inadequate there is a possibility that you are not absorbing vitamins, minerals, or certain proteins that your body needs.

Nutrition Counseling — Our clinic nutritionist will put together a personalized diet plan for you as part of your full treatment plan. Appointments may be made through the front desk.
Vitamin, Mineral, and Amino Acid Treatments — Based on your laboratory testing, your physician may formulate these types of treatments just for you.
Naturopathic Physicians Services — The Tahoma Clinic is proud of the quality of its naturopathic physicians. Graduates of Bastyr College of Naturopathic Medicine, and The National College of Naturopathic Medicine. All are accredited by the U.S. Department of Education, the Western Association of Schools and Colleges, and the Council on Naturopathic Medical Education, and licensed by the states of Washington and Oregon.
IV Treatments — We offer over five dozen intravenous treatments. These are used to support nutritional status, immune function and for many other reasons.
Tahoma Clinic Dispensary — In the dispensary there are hundreds of products pertaining to health. Vitamins, minerals, herbs, amino acids, homeopathic remedies, books, Dr. Wright's special formulas, etc., and a complete line of allergy-free and natural cosmetics. Many of the products are a professional line, and cannot be purchased in natural-food stores. Dispensary hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Thermography — Thermography is essentially a photograph of the heat produced in the body. The body is constantly emitting heat as infrared radiation from its source. A thermographic camera takes a picture of these rays. Areas of the body that are more metabolically active and have more blood flow will produce more infrared rays and will be visible on the thermogram. Once pictures are taken they are then analyzed by a Board Certified Thermologist.
